Frequently asked questions
Yes, in the VR project: it includes two VR headsets that we deliver together with your app – wireless, no PC required. They stay with you and can be reused for further projects under the same branding. If a viewing needs more places, up to five headsets per project can be used at the same time. If you book the web app only, you do not need headsets – the twin then runs in the browser.
Dimensioned floor plans are required – they form the true-to-scale basic structure. Helpful but not essential: existing 3D or BIM models, photos of the space, your specification lines and your branding. Exactly what we need, and in which formats, is set out on the Process & Technology page.
Your space at full scale, from the perspective of someone standing in it. They walk through the rooms, judge corridor widths and room to move correctly, see where the sun comes in and what the first impression is on entering. During the viewing you switch fit-out specification, office type, floors and materials – the unrefurbished building becomes the finished space.
Yes. The headsets are wireless and standalone; no PC or internet connection is needed on site. The viewing works just as well in the sales office, at a trade fair or at the client's premises – anywhere with a few square metres of free space.
It is the web-optimised version of your project and sits in your client portal. Because it runs in any browser without installation, you can share it by link or embed it in your own website – so prospective tenants get an impression before the viewing. The full experience remains the VR viewing on site.
