You rent the solution instead of buying it: no setup fee for the first project, a six-month term, price per project and month. The VR app is only available with the web app – the web app is also available on its own.
VR project €990 per month
The on-site VR viewing plus everything in the web app.
Web app included. Everything in the €399 package is included in the VR project – you are not choosing between VR and web, but whether headsets and an on-site viewing are added.

Changes to floor plans, materials or specification are fed into the twin via the pipeline. Your sales team therefore always works with the current planning status – what is shown is what gets built.
Yours. VR Makler is a white-label solution: lobby, app and operator interface appear in your corporate design with your projects. Fansea stays in the background as technology partner.

The six-month term begins when you place the order and hand over your documents. You may withdraw up to day 30 – after that the minimum term applies. If you do not give notice before it ends, the contract is extended by a further six months.
It depends less on size than on the vacancy risk: the higher the monthly rent you are missing out on, the faster the licence pays for itself. The calculator on this page shows you the break-even for your property – for small spaces the benefit tends to lie in pre-letting rather than in avoided vacancy.
